The Times They Are A-Changin'

Its amazing how fast things can change.

Seems like just yesterday we were all just kids playin games at BrainSnacks. I always assumed some of us would always be together. Playin games, hangin out at the store.

Now I'm in Normal, Hebert is in Downers Grove, Sullivan is in Downers Grove, Andy K is in Minnesota(how did that happen?), Todd is in Costa Rica(not permeantly I assume), and BrainSnacks is gone. The BS crew has been scattered to the wind it seems.

Some of us are out of college and have real jobs, some are almost done with college, some are not. When did all this happen? I don't mean to be a downer, but where did the good'ol days go?

  • and I said: hold those good ol' days near and dear, but new good days are coming 'round here.

Hah. And to answer your question:

"Andy K is in Minnesota(how did that happen?)"

Sometimes little shit happens, sometimes big shit happens, and sometimes you got to move to Minnesota.

  • I ment to say.."and I say:". These comment posts really need edit buttons. I'm suprised blogspot hasn't added that feature yet. Though, maybe they have, I'll have to check into it.

  • Ohh, Minnesota. It gets a bad rep, I think. Sure it's very midwest and all, but it's nice and I've found some great people here. Then again, that might just be my college....

Oh, Brain Snacks. I still have the pot that we kept the little laminated bookmarks in; it's now labeled the Brain Snacks Memorial Pot and houses Albert, my aloe plant. I do miss those days, but like Andy said, there's always more good out there to be had if you go look for it. Still, Brain Snacks will always have a place in my heart and my childhood.

Yeah, it can't be that hard to have an edit function - why have to delete and re-post when you can just edit it?

Anywho, glad you're back Reynolds, and glad it sounds like you're having such a good (if nostalgic) time!
